Pattern Design

Sample Confirmation
After the customer has confirmed the fabric design drawings and raw material options, we will enter the sample customization process. We will help customers produce samples according to the patterns and colors confirmed by customers.

Production
Fabric Weaving
After sample confirmation, we will start production of bulk order soon. We have 10 high performance raw material production lines. We can produce 50 tons of raw material per day. We have 30 high-performance warp knitting machines. We can produce 180,000 yards of fabric every day.
Finished Product Dyeing
We have 20 set high temperature and high pressure overflow dyeing machine, 5 set sizing machine with an annual productivity of 10, 000 ton and 15 set high temperature and high pressure roll dyeing machine with an annual productivity of 30 million yards.

Fabric Quality Inspection
We have three cloth quality inspection procedures: the first step, the raw material inspection when the raw material is produced, the second step, the blank cloth inspection after the production, the third step, the finished product inspection after the dyeing.
